The daily cleaning rinse starts automatically after pressing the power-off button. A larger cleaning is necessary after 250 preparations or once a week. Descaling

Troubleshooting
The grinder is blocked.
Turn off the coffee machine.
Unplug the power cord.
Remove the lid of the bean container.
Empty the bean container.
Turn the grinder only with the multitool for the container clockwise/counterclockwise (two pins must be inserted into the corresponding recesses of the grinder until the blockage is resolved).
Fill the bean containers.
Replace the lid of the bean container.
Turn on the coffee machine. If the blockage could not be resolved: Adjust the grind setting one step coarser. If the error persists, call WMF Service.
The device does not work.
If your WMF 1100 S OFFICE is not functioning correctly, please follow the operating instructions exactly. Also, check the power supply through the socket.
The USB stick is not recognized.
Please make sure that your USB stick is formatted to the FAT32 file system and does not contain any other files. If the problem cannot be resolved this way, please use another USB stick.
